I need a portal in multi languages, but can not create blocks for specific languages.
My portal is Nuke Evolution Xtreme 7.6

this is cool, i currently need some languages packs for my phpnuke platinum it only has english language instaled
dont know where can i find that :s

Here's an easy answer: http://translate.google.com/translate_tools?hl=en

You may be able to find random language translation files (they're actually just a file, not a pack). Unfortunately if you want the whole site to be translated you're going to have to make the file for it. It's not difficult to do it's just tedious because you'd have to use a translator (http://translate.google.com ?) and replace the words in the quotes but you can take a look at the language-english.php file in the language folder in the root directory of your installation and use that as a base to create the language files you'd want. Doing this will only translate block and link titles, it will not translate the entire site but it may translate content in certain modules such as the news module.

It is the language packs from Platinum 7.6.b4, You should just be able to add them to your /modules/forums folder and it should just work.
This will only translate the forums, though. they won't translate your entire site. The google link I left above may be your best bet.

I hope the admin here don't mind an external link. I attempted to add it to the downloads section here but I can not find the add download feature page.

But I'm still in hand.
I translated by Google Translator, but is not very nice, since technique is much the translation of it, I even do not understand some expressions of it. But is there really any kind of pack for Nuke Evolution? Phpnuke because the standard is over 20.
