So I would like to purchase a theme to add to our clan site. The directions are a bit confusing though.
This authorization code, is it mailed before or after the item is purchased?

When you buy something, you will receive a code by post.
After you've filled in the code, you can download the theme.
So the authorization code, will be mailed to you after the item is purchased.

what Untergang is saying, after you purchase the theme and before you can download it, you will receive a authorization code in the mail, yes, I mean the snail mail. That can take between 5 - 7 day's depending on the how fast is the post office and your location in relative of where it was sent. Once you get that letter in the mail, you would follow the instructions which is to email the authorization code back to ClanThemes and then your theme will be activated. All this is done to protect ClanThemes from fraud and to protect you the user for someone possibly using a fraud/hacked account.

There is a box to enter a code next to the purchase button. That is the confusing part. It appears the code is sent to confirm authenticity, prior to purchase. Which could make sense.

I guess it's seems to me, confirmation after funds have been transferred, is a bit of the door closing after the horse has left the barn.

Regardless, legitimate order placed.
