In description image upload, it claims to have successfully uploaded the image - but also displays an error message stating the file is "supposedly" there and is either corrupt or missing. I have tried about 13 times to upload a relatively small image, and upon checking in my FTP only once did it upload - and that time it lost all but the first four characters of the file name.

I went through by hand and fixed the database after the install errors and got it all working (with fixes and updates) - right now the only issue is uploading.

I am using Platinum Nuke

As far as I know it doesn't work, Floppy had to totally re-write our image upload from scratch in our downloads module.

I don't think he would share it either as its a unique feature to clan themes

Make sure the directory is chmod 777.

Yeah, the directory is 777 - I was working in Firefox, once I switched to IE and tried it the thing actually worked! However, files still refuse to upload - even teeny tiny files. Directory (files) is also 777. I can see the lights on my modem flashing, but nothing's happening in the site; I don't get an upload error or anything. The EDL upload screen just goes back to normal.

I would really appreciate any help - my site is going to be download intensive with other special members having upload priveleges by necessity, and I really don't want to have to create more FTP users.

I am having the same exact issue with PNC 4.4 version of Nuke and Enhanced Dowloads 2.1 and would be very greatful for a solution. I also had to create most of the db tables by hand to get the module working at all. In addition to the problem with uploading a description image, I also have errors when people try to download image files. Is there any way to force an image file to download as a file rather than display in the browser?
