1:when i try to somthings in a general admin of phpbb i have this error :

Problem 2 is in header.php, it has nothing to do with the theme.

Problem 1, Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'HTMLPurifier/Error.php'

It is telling you that Error.php is missing. Are you running phpnuke?

You need to find out why Error.php is missing then for your 2nd problem. I don't think either of your issues are theme related.

i need to put [code] in header but my exempl is in html code

and i dont know where i can put it in php page

No, you didn't understand me. Look in the same directory as config.php and find header.php.
