i went to prefernce in admin panel and check the not let Anonymous post but they still do is there any other way to do this?

You need to go to preferences -> forums admin -> phpbb forums admin -> permissions, you have to set each forums permissions.

Or make them private and only let your pre-defined groups from viewing / posting... This is especially great if you want to have a "public" area on your forums... As then you will also be able to have the Forums module viewable (Via PHP NUKE MODULES ADMIN) to visitors / all

Makes it easier for them to post a recruitment post etc Wink

Go to Groups Permissions (PHPbb Forums Admin Control Panel) to allow specific groups to have access to the specific forums in question.

Don't forget to set the non-public forums as "private - non viewable" and then these forums is the ones you allow members / admin / moderators to view.
