Ok so i downloaded the Clankit Recruitment Form and made the folder and placed the files in the right places. From there i edited the apply.php and index.php to the way i wanted it (the code is correct). When i tried to fill it out for a test run when it goes to the email i put in the apply.php it was sent but everything was blank!!!

Example:
Recruitment Form on Website
GamerName: Killinjoke

Sent to Email

It's been a long time since I messed with this, you need to get the free copy of MA 1.1.2 (Membership Applications) it's easier to add and mess with.

Make sure your apply.php is in your root directory. Also, (trying to recall) if I recall correctly, you'll need to rename the index.php to something like recruitment.php and link it that way.

Hit me up on msn and let me look at what you have, be patient its been a long, LONG, time since I messed with it.

i have the same problem, i have renamed the index.php to recruitemt.php and still get blank forms.i have changed the apply.php to fit my Cod 4 clan needs , but is all working , says " mail sent" but arrives blank..hope you dont mind
can you help me m8 ? Crying

I know there is a better one out there, however I like the Clankit Recruitment one and I know how to edit it.

I am also having the same issue that when the e-mail is sent it does not populate anything.
Can I have some help if anyone can let me know how to get it working I would appreciate it very much.
