Your link is showing as active. You should be getting downloads for free and club file cost should be reduced by 100.

Could you be a little more specific about what is not working?

These files cost 400 or more for people not linking and -100 of the original points cost if your linking. So in the club it is possible to not have enough points for a file.

oh its a club category but i doubt I'm getting -100 for the download. It's the BBtoNUke Pack. I'm not sure if it has to do with my host having a firewall or not.

Well it is saying it costs 500 Points, so someone else might know if its just Regular Price or Discounted.

It should be 400 if your linking to us.

It should also tell you that you could save 100 points by linking to us. (view screen shot below) I would check safari to see if it has a trusted sites list and add clan-themes.co.uk to it.
