Post Coppermine 1.3c Posted: Sat Dec 13, 2008 10:06 am

Install went good, only issue is that all my themes are now stretched 2x the normal size when I try to config Coppermine, just wondering is there a way to set it so that my themes aren't stretched.
I am using RN2.30 with Coppermine 1.3c.

TY! Holla!!!

I tried switching Themes to see if was a theme based issue and as far as I can see, that no matter what theme I use it is stretched 2-3 the normal size of what I have seen b4.
Please anyone that may no how to make it fit within a theme I would greatly appreciate it!

1ST post a link to your gallery !

Take a look through the module, have a look for static table sizes eg width="800" change the main ones (most outer tables) to width="100%" for a simple fast review just view the source of a page that is being stretched by the gallery,if you see any tables that are too wide u then have to hunt culprit down.

Its been a very very long time since i tried out the galleys available for nuke, i found them all to be over the top and too resource hungry!
Gallery2 is the worst, compermine is one of the better ones but still way over the top on server resource's.

PHPNuke is missing a decent gallery module for sure !

Ok TY - weird thing is, I just done wat you done and it's ok in IEE but strectched for me in FF. not sure wtf is going on I hate using IE, but I guess I'll have to until I figure out whats going on in my FF.

OK the issue is just in the config part, once I click on config the whole page for all coppermine stretches.

I attached pics of it so you can have a look, not sure why its doing it.
TY again.

Ah that's why i couldn't see it because its in the admin part of the gallery.
i installed it on local and don't have any stretching problems

try turning off Debug info, u only need to see this is your have a problem with the script.

under Miscellaneous settings
Enable debug mode NO
Enable advanced debug mode NO

see if that does it. i think its probably a long one liner in the debug info that may be stretching it out. if that don't fix it PM me a temporary admin login to your site.

The problem is your server restrictions in the debug info. I have simply disabled the debug info from being shown. No more stretching out.
Remember to delete the admin account you made.

Your Server restrictions (safe mode)
disable_functions
exec,system,passthru,shell_exec,escapeshellarg,escapeshellcmd,proc_close,proc_open,ini_alter,dl,popen,popen,pcntl_exec,socket_accept,
socket_bind,socket_clear_error,socket_close,socket_connect,socket_create_listen,socket_create_pair,socket_create,socket_get_option,
socket_getpeername,socket_getsockname,socket_last_error,socket_listen,socket_read,socket_recv,socket_recvfrom,socket_select,
socket_send,socket_sendto,socket_set_block,socket_set_nonblock,socket_set_option,socket_shutdown,socket_strerror,socket_write,
stream_socket_client,stream_socket_server,pfsockopen,stream_set_timeout,disk_total_space,disk_free_space,chown,diskfreespace,
getrusage,get_current_user,set_time_limit,getmyuid,getmypid,dl,leak,listen,chgrp,link,symlink,dlopen,proc_nice,
proc_get_stats,proc_terminate,shell_exec,sh2_exec,posix_getpwuid,posix_getgrgid,posix_kill,ini_restore,mkfifo,dbmopen,dbase_open,filepro,
filepro_rowcount,posix_mkfifo,putenv,sleep

I had to line break them here on the forum or it would stretch this page out too.

I've ran across this probem a lot, I think someone has worked or tinkerd with the 1.3 version and has released it not set to "default" and somehow it has found its way into the system and on a large number of sites. Remember this fix will serve everyone well in the future.
