I have trouble with adding an admin, or promoting a member.
Again I have looked through this forum but can’t see anything in relation to the problem I have, can anyone help.
If I go to admin section and click on edit admin, I get he correct page to edit or add, I fill in the details to add admin but when I click add author button, it just goes to the http address admin.php, and screen remains white.
This will also happen if I edit member and try to promote.
I think this is one of them how long is a piece of string questions, as I fear with the information I have given here it could be anything, but if anyone out there has had this or maybe some ideas as to a fix please let me know.
