What version of Nuke are you using ?

IF your not using Ravens Nuke (your daft) because it has it included http://ravenphpscripts.com/

Here is the direct link to download the best available shoutbox for free

And that comes with the installation instructions, all it requires is FTP access and admin access to your version of PHP Nuke.

If you still cant do it, i will install it for £10 for you, just PM me if that's the case

Its real easy installing the shoutbox, I cant see what your doing wrong

download
http://www.clan-themes.co.uk/downloaddetails-15-204-shout-box-v852.html

upload everything in the public_html folder to yoursite

Then upload the contents of the sql folder to yoursite and point your web browser to yoursite.com/SB_SQL_installer.php and it will install the shoutbox module

then all you need to do is goto the modules admin and activate the Shout Box module, and then proceed to the blocks admin and add a new block, and find the shoutbox block

Thats it...

If you then want to play with the shoutbox settings do it from the shoutbox buttons in the admin area.

Thats what I haven't done yet Thank you. Do I place that file in the main html folder? I mean take it out of the sql folder and drop it there?

yes, just treat the sql folder like a public_html folder as well they should have ideally put the sql files inside the public_html to stop confusion
