Hi,

I am about to install PHP-Nuke Platinum, has anybody had any
trouble with some of the themes.

I would suggest loading RavenNuke or Nuke Evolution over Platinum.

I just use photoshop and dreamweaver to make themes... don't really need dreamweaver

you could use Gimp as a free graphics program

and HTML-Kit for your text editor

Link to GIMP http://www.gimp.org/ (ive never used it, but people tell me its real good)
