Post Showing module in a block? Posted: Wed Oct 22, 2008 9:26 am

Shop Purchases:
Call of Duty 4 Ultimate Theme

Hi,

nooby question im affraid.

i've downloaded a few modules that dont contain blocks, now i want the modules to shouw on our home page. the only way i can get the modules to show is to make them default. then they show but obviously only 1 can be shown at a time.

One example is the cod4 info module, how do i get this to be displayed on the front page? along with the default 1 already there?
can i create a block and simply tell it to include the module or smthing?

thanks in advance

cheers

Shop Purchases:
Enemy Territory Theme (Aviator) for PHP Nuke · Clan Roster 2.0 ·  · Modern Warfare 3 Xtreme Theme

That module doesent need a block, you have to add it into your navigation. What the URL for your site?

What ever the URL is on your site, add this after it. /modules.php?name=COD4

So it would look something like this, http://headshotdomain.net/modules.php?name=COD4

If your using the standard navigation from nuke, then you need to go into your ACP and when you click on module and go and click on the edit module next to the module you want, you should make sure that "Visible in Modules Block?" is checked off.
