I have browsed this site for some time and really like your different themes. I have taken over the role of admining
our 2142 gaming clan's website and I want to make sure I understand what you are offering. I currently have a simple
clan template I downloaded, but there are no forums or anything else just a basic site. On your site I liked
[Multi-T3 Multi Gaming Theme, since our clan is NOT exclusively 2142. If I wanted this theme from your site I would
pay the fee and download it in two parts. After merging them I would have a complete website w/ forums. I would only
then have to modify the wording on the site and the images to reflect our clan?

Is that correct so far?

What is the point system for then?

You are correct, I have helped out a few sites that are using this theme and basically when you get the downloads links, You instal all the files to the proper folders and activate it in your ACP.

From there you can edit the header image so you can put your clans image there. Just like you would with all other themes.

The 2 sites I am talking about using it is

http://www.mycallofduty.com/ (which I had to edit there header to accept more then the one banner with out messing up)

Its a nice theme and very well done.

thanks for your reply
you did a great job on the sites, but it leads me to a few questions from a noob for building a clan site

1. do I have to use a graphic program to insert our clan logo into the header or is there a "slot" for adding it
2. the two sites you created have different colored "googles" with one being green and the other being yellow is that
a simple change
3. does the template come with the roster built in--it looks to be on the sample, but it is not listed
4. you have a flash entrance on one--nicely done--is that an add-on or did you build that?--we play COD4 but mostly 2142, so that
would be more suited for us

Splash pages are an extra addition to any website, these are fairly straight forward to make and code and even add to your site...

As for editing the theme, I mainly only supply a photoshop PSD file to edit the themes header, and themes don't come with rosters, these are called modules and can be purchased, downloaded or made and added to your site fairly straight forwardly.

I see the module for member list on the site for $50.00, and since right now our clan is on a budget because
the previous website admin ran off with EVERYTHING--is there a more economical way of acquiring a team roster

I have found some online, but I really like what you all have here and I don't have alot of time to figure out how to
incorporate their roster to fit your style, or is it a simple process?

I will get the site from you all because I want one of the styles that you provide--lets face it they are the best, but
I need something that is simple to add-in.

Last question--I saw multiple game icons for your roster, there were 3-4 games--can I add more game icons for such
games as 2142 and WOW ?

As far as im aware there isnt another clan roster that rivals Floppys excellent work, sure ive seen simple members lists and clan members lists, but nothing like on a scale as the clan roster, which you can add as many games as you like, it also comes with a hell of a lot of images as default but as with all things you (site admin) will need to set it all up and configure it the way you want it to work and feel. (very simple a case of just playing and finding what does what)

PeD is correct, there is nothing that compares to what Floppy has done as for a clan roster. I thought about buying it, but my clan is in the same boat as you. When we made the transition over to COD4, we lost about 90% of our members for they had other prorities in life which was 100% understandable, or they wanted to play other various games which were not in the majority ruling. But until my clan gets back on our feet and we are able to afford the Clan Roster that Floppy made, we will probably make the purchase, but for now, we are using this,

Which will make due till we can afford Floppys CLan roster. The one we are using is OFxClan's Clan list, there 1.5 beta version. You can click on there credits in the lower right for more on the module.

As for the Splash screen, that was something I created and I do have on my site currently for download for free. The are easy to make and script, as its just simple html tables codes along with the images/flash if you have flash. I will try adding them to this site also for download shortly.

Do you remember which flash splash screen you are talking about, Was it the one with the COD4 or the one with my clans logo, (the one with my clan logo is taken off)? One is flash, well had some flash, the other is no flash.

I appreciate it--the flash I saw that I liked was for COD4
Our problem as a clan is similar to alot of clans--we play mostly 2142, but since there
hasn't been alot of new material out guys have gone to play other games alot, like COD4, WOW
and others so I want to keep a roster that reflects our different interests, but allows us to stay
together as a community of gamers.

I may go with the roster purchase out of convenience, but I will keep you all posted to how things work out.
