We are currently using the php nuke (technical) call of duty 4 package. We have just got the (Ultimate) COD 4version.
Can our forums date base be transfered for the old one to the new one so we don't lose anything we have now?

Depends, I am not sure what type of nuke you are running, but if they have the same version of forums meaning phpbb 2.0.22 or close like 2.0.22 to 2.0.23 then it shouldn't be to hard.

What you would want to do is go into your CPallel, and open phpMyAdmin. Then open up your new data base and basically what I did in this video tutorial.

I did the video in a matter of a few min, but it will give you the basic idea and the easiest way, and the only way I know.

If your not changing host OR installations all you should have to do is change the theme.
