I highly recommend that you take vWar off of your site and delete the tables and wait till the new version is released. Event there developers will tell you the same thing. There latest release which is what, 6 months to a year old has allot of holes and is not safe to use at its current state. They are in development of a new version with a ton of bug fixes and holes fixed.

I stress this allot for my site was hacked 4 times through vWar and made my host almost drop me as a customer.

Just my .02 cents here, lol.

I have yet to find a site that didn't warn about the security holes and hacking issues regarding vWar Yet, I remain amazed at how many people insist on using it.

I'm not knocking this guy he removed it under strong suggestion, which was wise. It just baffles my mind

There is no secured versions as of yet, they are working on a new version that will be released as they say, "when its done it's done".

Well...I can at least say that I am happy to report the version that was in question, has been stable and secure enough for me; SO FAR... Who knows...As I'm typing this some hack could be worming his way in through the backend. LOL...

I figured out that vwar is dangerous once you start allowing more access to the users of your clan. Once that happens; ur screwed.
