Hello, I'm new to this site, so I apologize if this is not the right place to post this! Embarrased

You have created beautiful clan themes and there are a few I just can't choose between they are all so good!

However, you have a policy that the theme can't be downloaded for 2-7 days until a code is received in the post? Let me say I am completely sympathetic to your site having had fraud troubles in the past, but this policy is a little discouraging to new buyers.

Firstly, many potential buyers, like myself are on a time constraint to get a new site online for an existing user base. A week delay, maybe longer if the letter is delayed, is not really a viable option when trying to keep users happy during a site change over!

Secondly, (and I am not assuming anything about your fine group by any means), but buying anything on the internet is as equally risky as selling something. How do I know that this site is legit? As far as I know, you could take my money and I wouldn't even know I was ripped off until a week later when a letter doesn't arrive! Open Mouth

I am sorry you have had some fraud troubles, but this policy has the potential to hurt your business, and it is tragic that such fine art should be left "on the shelf" so to speak because some ferrets have had a gnaw at you!

You have beautiful themes, good luck!
