convert the html to a php ( Theme Compliance ) layout.

Basic question gets you a basic answer.

You will not recieve help from me if i have to go digging for your CMS information and version, If i have to take the time to play 21 questions, then you can take the time to google! No Copyright, no support either!

most HTML template designers haven't the foggiest idea about nuke templates... If it was that easy, youd find more duplicated html templates as nuke themes...

a ( Conversion Tool ) doesnt exist to convert an HTML template to a Nuke Theme. If one did exist, most themers would be out of a job!
My advice to you is just as Trunks mentioned, Contact the Template Author..if that person cant help you...then youll need to hire a theme designer.
