Does some know how i can remove that in what file?

It will be in your index_body.tpl file in themes/YOURTHEME/forums and/or modules/Forums/themes/Subsilver

Is this part of the glance mod you have installed?

But i cant find it in index_body maybe some can it specify a little bit better?

Index_body.tpl will be in 2 places or more.

1, modules/forums/templates/subsilver
2, themes/yourtheme/Forums
3, and any other themes you have installed.
