This is no rant. Just a question from a confused user.

I payd the subscribtion of 14$ in the belief that i could download freely from the download section of this site. Im mostly interested in the modules, blocks and scripts part. Now i get a msg that i dont have enough points to download Confused . What did i pay the 14$ for if not for the acces to downloads?
