i ma having problem changing the the clock in my website. Its showing me the defualt one which is not corrent. I am using phpnuke 7.9

Goto admin cp then preferences then set the time zone to wht you like. If its not there then again goto admin cp click forums then configuration and again set time zone to what you want it to be.

i have this problem too..all is set GMT +2, the server have right internat time set but on the site and forum is GMT +10 .. i checked db and even there is set timezome +2. Well... i need to set the site's clock somehow..

You need to also set it in your own account preferences :)
If thats not good enough you could try altering the function tucked away in the bottom of webroot/languages/lang-english.php
