Post Centering my header.php and footer.php files. Posted: Sat Jan 19, 2008 11:08 pm

Hello,

This is my problem,

I am currently using phpnuke platinum 7.6.0 and using the theme T-Platinum. I didn't like how the theme was so wide, i reduced the lenght to 75% from 100% by editing the theme.php, header, php, and footer.php files.

My problem is that my header and footer are not aligned to the center, i've tried experimenting with a couple of commands but doesn't seem to work. What do i do?

I've attached my header and footer.php file so maybe ppl could have a look at them.

I hope someone could fix it for me, by aligning the header and footer to the center, or tell me how.

Thanks

Nvm I figured it out.

For interest value for other people that read this post.

where you have adjusted your width (100% to 75% or whichever you've picked), you write after this code.

Code:
echo "<table border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" width=\"75%\" align=\"center\">\n";

Regards,

Vehn

Shop Purchases:
Clan Roster 2.0 · Multi Gaming (Warrior) Evo Theme · COD6 ModernWarfare 2 Teaser Splash Screen · Left for Dead Evo Extreme Version

aye that is one to do it. You could also center with the body tag and css.

sure!

Here's the Url might be a little easier than taking a screenshot.

the order , Works better with IE not sure why, firefox doesnt line the images up correctly

I think i tried adjusting the body tags but it wouldn't move, but didn't look at the css though.
