Looks like a greek or turkish site

60 IP blocked just today!

What does this mean?

Yeah, I agree with trunks on this one. Sentinel is doing it's job. You can turn those emails off in sentinel admin, but I don't suggest it. They are somewhat annoying, but it gives you a good idea of who is being bad and that sentinel is still doing it's job.

Just keep it up to date and you should be ok.
