Anyone know how to create a flash header?

i have flash just dont know where to start so if anyone knows of a good dummies tutorial or can show me how it done i would appreciate it Angel

its not that easy, for basic flash i use swishmax to create all my flash movies. Its loads easier, what did you want to make ?

i just want to make a header 560 x 216 for the aog army theme, i have the file just really wanted to know how to replace the art of gaming flash text and replace it with something else?

i trying to get several themes to put on a new medal of honor airborne site

But its in dutch so, you wont understand it probably.
