At the bottom of your forums, you see:

2. [Moderator]

What i want to know is, can i add another to that list?

ie:

1. [Administrator]

2. [Moderator]

3. [Clan Members]

From what I see with just a quick browse, it would require adding code in the theme as well as one of the core files for the forums. Certainly doable, but not easy. Look at the file modules/Forums/viewonline.php to start with.
