Yeah ive downloaded it and my Admin of the person that hosted my site has asked for me to upload it to another host or something i dont understand
And he needs somekind of email frm clan-themes or something.

Thats sounds a bit odd. In my experience the block would have to be uploaded to the blocks folder of your site.

Are we talking about a straight forward php block that you have downloaded?

Can you post the link to the files please, save me looking everywhere for it and I will look.

The admin said "Can you download and upload it to other host, i have not received an email confirmation from clan-themes.co.uk so i can't register and download the block".


I cant upload stuff to my site the admin that hosts it on the host site has to but i dont know.

Do you want to chat to the staff of where i get my site from???

You need to zip it up using something like winzip or similar then upload to your FTP using something like smartFTP then let your host know the exact location where you uploaded it to.
