BLOCKED PORT - THE MOST COMMON PROBLEM
For LGSL to work, it must be able to open a connection ( port ) from the webserver to the gameserver.
However some hosts have a firewall to prevent scripts opening connections to anything other than port 80.
If your server works on the above test page, send a friendly email to your host.
Ask them NICELY to allow your gameservers queryport through the firewall ( UDP not TCP/IP )

THE WRONG PORT - QUERYPORT vs CONNECTION PORT
The published port, is usually a connection port for joining a server.
Luckily, for many games, the connection port is also the queryport used for requesting server information.
A good example is halflife, where the ports like, 27015, 27020, are both connection and query.
HOWEVER some games use a different port for the querying, which is what LGSL uses.

FIND THE CORRECT PORT USING THE ALL SEEING EYE
- Tools, Options, Misc Tab, Tick 'Show Query Ports'
- Server, Find Server, untick 'search only visible servers'
- Enter the IP of your server, and keep clicking Find.
