Does a server booking system currently exists ? i mean i have a gaming community and i need a server booking system for it in php nuke as i have many servers (public) and people could rent them if they have some amount of points

Idk what you mean by booking but theres a server monitor out there like squery that shows multiple servers all you gotta do is add the ip:port:game:on for it to add it to the site, its called LGSL

no man not a server monitor.. its like if you have more than 100 points you can book the server and you can fix the password of the server from the site itself and it automatically puts a password in my cod2 server for the specified time... example 1hr ..

That would still be considered a monitor though..I know theres some third party RemoteManagement applications out there if somehow somoene can code it by using the R/M design and stuff. Butdoes sound like a really nice idea to have

Thats a fairly complicated custom script request depending on the details.

That swhy I said if oyu can find a freeware Remote management program for whatever game he plays you can see how they do it and possibly work it into php...even though I know theres online management stuff out there so its either java,php or asp...

Your going about this all wrong. You need to research the project to find out what it takes first. No guarantee it can be done with php. If not what does it take?
