I downloaded this module because I was in desperate need of a module so I could see "Recent Topics" everytime I join the forums and not have to read the same things over and over again. I encountered a few problems though:

1) This was in the install.txt file:

INSERT INTO nuke_bbconfig (config_name, config_value) VALUES('global_enable', '0');
INSERT INTO nuke_bbconfig (config_name, config_value) VALUES('marquee_disable', '0');

I'm guessing you have to go to MySQL and copy paste where it says insert all the way to the end and create a new sql file?

2) They say to open: /modules/Forums/admin/admin_board.php

that wasn't a problem but then they say to find many things such as:

$timezone_select = tz_select($new['board_timezone'], 'board_timezone');

but none of the things listed to find are there?

3) It says to open: /modules/Forums/templates/subSilver/admin/board_config_body.tpl

I can't find that file anywhere. Plus at the beginning, it was: modules/Forums/templates/subSilver/admin/board_config.tpl

that they said was gonna be needed.

Anyways, I'm in desperate need of help because my forums aren't working at the moment. I backed up every file that I edited and my whole database before starting, so that's not the problem, I just want to have recent topics so that it shows all the topics with new posts and if I leave they disappear. If anyone has a solution for me or a better block/module for me to download it would be greatly appreciated!!

board_config_body.tpl is the file they meant I believe. If you don't have this file re-download your version of nuke and check to see if it exist in the package.

Lines to find vary by version. Sometimes its easier to find partial lines.
