Actually your syntax is correct.. the fix that you need to apply for this is related to the fact that you deleted a moderator of a group which diddnt update in your database (this will happen anytime you delete a group moderator without changing the group moderator first.

How to fix
Open DB Table phpbb_groups (or your variation)
Edit the group in question Replace group_moderator field with the number corresponding to who you want to be the moderator of the group. If you have admin Priv and you dont know what the number of the member is and your too lazy to look it up change the mod to 1 that will make the mod the Anonymous account then go into your forums and change it with the wsywig editor.

I even made an account specifically to answer your question being that I know there is little/no documentation on this specific error. If you have any more DB or PHPBB/PHPNUKE questions feel free to PM me and I should be able to answer 99% of them (unrelated to clan themes) as i don't use clan themes.
