I downloaded the Ventrilo 2.0 and opened it up. The readme shows the following:

******INSTALL*******
1) Unzip the Ventrilo-Block_v2.0 folder to a folder.
2) Upload the uncompressed files maintaining your nuke root directory structure.
3) Run the install_ventrilo.php script logged in as admin. Depending on your security settings you may have to disable
Script Protection during the install. Make sure to activate it when finished installing.
4) Delete the install_ventrilo.php file from your webserver.
5) Edit the CHMOD values of the following file to 777 --> root/includes/ventrilo_status
6) Go to your Nuke Admin, click on the Ventrilo icon and edit your settings.

I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to PhPNuke stuff. LINE #2 states to upload the files into the root foder for that site. Which obviously when you do that, it asks if you want to overwrite all the folders there. Is that what you want to do?

Secondly, I have no idea what line #5 is talking about. Could someone help point mein the right direction??

Hmm... #2 is bit confusing. Not sure what files it is replacing so I don't want to tell you wrong. Basically it comes down to this. Make a backup of any file your replacing just to be sure you don't fook up anything.

#5 is easy.

Thanks for the input. I got it working.....well I got the install working. I can't seem to get it connected yet. If ya have ay idea what besides the IP and PORT I need to edit, let me know. Otherwise I will surf for some template that someone got working.
