Wow, I guess I am lucky i could read from alot of other peoples problems that they resolved making it easier for me.
well, what I had to do was to download the tpl file that Ymryl offered and I uploaded that to my server and the box was there....Yea!!!
Now comes the css file. since i am using a theme for nuke8 *i know floppy hates 8* I was able to try and compare the silver css with the css i have in the theme, the closest I found was in the forums folder, and it was named forum.css. I am going to try and add it here so you can see, and maby you could tell me where I need to insert the new lines

right now it all comes up with the blue colors instead of the theme colors.
And while I am asking, i was comparing the one i just installed to the great one i see here and did not know if I missed something, since this one has a spell check and a means to add a attachment and the one i have does not.
