yes the module is active and the block is visible on the left hand side of screen but there is a red box inside it that keeps saying connection refused, i did however find where to enter the information for vent manually but now that i have the ip and port entered in it still wont connect?? i have heared that i would have to call my server provider and have them open the port that vent uses on the site for this to work. does that sound right?

ok so here is my noob question, do i need to tell them to unblock the port that vent uses for instance the vent ip is 216.6.226.66 and port is 24892. is that the port i need to tell them to unblock or does vent actually use a different port if so do you know which port it uses? or a way to check which port it uses

that I am not sure of for I never had to do anything like that, maybe someone that has more experience with this might be able to help.

But for it to give you blank white pages, is shouldn't do that. I am able to see the admin controls and what not.

If you don't mind, I like to take a look at this, If you can, PM me with an admin login and a FTP account, or you can contact me on messenger and I would like to take a crack at this.
