you may want to remember this works for anything else you may want to change in the configurations. seen as your database doesn't want to update its self.

Ped, the problem appears to be his Game Server is hosting his website and recently starting using PLESK, it appears that the Webhost has a Network Nazi running it and he doesn't have the permissions to save changes from the admin section. It was an interesting problem to work I must say.
