Member Application altered for Raven Nuke 2.30.01. This is a complete install

Member Application v2.1.4 is a maintenance release fixing numerous problems stemming from the addition of HTML mail functionality and unintended consequences. It also has a few little decorative changes you probably won't notice, but, they make me happier..

This package was tested for use with Nuke-Evolution v2.0.1 or later, with PHP-Nuke v7.6 patched with Chatserv's 3.2 security patch, with PHP-Nuke Platinum v7.6b4v2, with PHP-Nuke 7.8, and with Raven Nuke v2.3.01. No other configurations have been tested. If this package works for you in a different configuration please let us know. It has been reported to work PHP-Nuke 7.9 and 8.0 also.

Member Application is now encrypted with Ioncube. Your server must support Ioncube for this software to work.
