Introduction and Requirements

- This block has a control panel that allow you to create categories for
  your users and you can assign an image for each one. The block also
  display many advanced informations and has various configurable options
- Code is compatible with ChatServ' Patches until 3.1
- The block is compatible with Gender MOD by Niels Chr for the Forum
- Code is compatible with NSN NukeSentinel(tm)
