Well ive eventually grabbed my copy of Photoshop CS3 this morning, installed it and had a quick play!  So what do I think of it ?  Well initially everything looks the same, just looks spruced up to match with the new up coming Windows Vista, But.... its what they have changed behind the scenes that counts !!

1. The new user interface
2. The Quick Select tool
3. Black-and-White Conversion Control
4. New and Improved Bridge
5. Improved Cloning and Healing
   
   Are to name a few the list is rather large ! so I wont bore you...
   

I had a play with one of the new additions which is called Zoomify this is a new addition and basically exports a huge image as lots of small ones so you the user can browse large images without waiting ages for them to load !  a nice add on... below is one I made to show you.
