| Snype writes ( Permalink ) Its good to see you adding all the fixes but surely you dont want to keep adding modules and blocks to this package?. This is just my opinion but i really dont see a bright future for platinum nuke as it will all ways be two steps behind all the other nuke forks |

I am not sure what direction this CMS is going for I have never used it before and dont really know what is it closely related with, but what i can see that its better then basic nuke so to me thats a plus in my books. |

| Ped writes ( Permalink ) to many chiefs and not enough Indians come to mind... everyone wants a piece of the pie ;-) Not being nasty but we have - Standard PHPNuke = Trash not worth installing. - Ravens Nuke = Excellent revamped Standard PHPNuke useful for all types of sites more typical for business type sites. - Nuke Evo = Nice needed the security updated, but has been replaced by Evo Xtreme in my opinion. - Evo Xtreme = Great for beginners, comes pre loaded with all forum mods, mainly used by gamers today. - Nuke Platinum = Possibly copying Xtreme ? I think depending on the individuals capability depended on which version the chose. When I first started using phpnuke, I used to use platinum 7.6 because it had everything, now I have reversed my decisions as I have learnt php and themes, and always choose Ravens nuke, because it is stripped down and I get to add what I want to use and not the other way round. Like I said its users personal choice.... It would be really nice if the few renaming coders got together and worked one 2 versions of PHPNuke 1) stripped down simple install 2) a heavily modified version with everything preloaded This way it would be very easy for us theme makers !! (I would only have to make 2 themes and not 5) lol |
