Clan Themes, We Make Clans Look Good!

I noticed you were kind enough to rewrite my game trailers block for me.  However, a line from the bottom of my code, wait your code, concerns me.

I don't believe we ever forced anyone to register at Clan Themes.  I mean, its not like we are pointing guns at people demanding registration and we both know I would never "steal your privacy" as you so put it.  We both know that encoding of ours is for you, not them.  It is to prevent theft, not to encourage it.  You act as if my block was not encoded you would not have added to your site or changed the copyright.  That is not true, time has shown that.

We both know the every day average user does not care if you steal because you provide other peoples hard work for a small price.  However, your lack of respect for the developers working their ass off is not beneficial to the nuke cms.  We see topics all the time concerning if the nuke is dying.  Your not helping that battle.  The real shame is your not stupid, you can steal better than anyone I know.  Hands down, your the best.  I would imagine from years of practice.  I guess since your not breaking any law its okay?  Yeah, lets stick with that.  People will continue to develop stuff, you will steal their idea and change it just enough to call it your own.  Why come up with your own ideas when others are doing it for you?  As long as you make a quick buck for all your hard work, wait our hard work, right?  Nods, good plan.

By the way, you used the same html as my block, way to view source and to think all this time I thought you were an original.  You steal, who would of thought...  Since, you released a copy unencoded I might as well do the same, you can steal mine later as it has all the user friendly options yours is missing.  Oh better yet, here is a download link for the unencoded version.  Damn, I should just give you remote access to my hard drive, we can cut all this back and forth out.

I even took the time to write a new campaign slogan for you...  Trust me, this will increase your bank account and I will leave this news on sticky for as long as I can in hopes of max publicity.  Lets toast to making you some more money, Yay!

Does this solve anything, absolutely not.  As a matter of fact, this will get him 20 more subscribers by the end of August and he will probably work harder to pirate stuff from clan themes.  He is just that good of a theif, no denying that.  If I never release anything open source, he can't steal it and you can't ever use it on your site.  Yay, for them making nuke a better CMS.  I think what I want people to understand and take from all of this rant is this, he is destroying everything your trying to create.  It is the long term effect that is slowly killing nuke.  He is in it for the short game.  EoM..
