Clan Themes, We Make Clans Look Good!

With my absence over last week, I have been able to overhaul the Clan Database module. I restarted it from scratch and fixed a admin error that was unknown to the user.
It now has a few cosmetic changes and also gives uses the option to modify your clan link once you have submitted so easy. Its also easier to rate and comment on other clan sites that you may have visited.

All in all a much easier and user friendly clan database
